Your therapist may use fingers, thumbs, knuckles, elbows, soft fists, and forearms to apply sustained pressure along or across the grain of the muscle.
This treatment is ideal for targeting key areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, back, glutes, or legs. It can help relieve muscular tightness, reduce chronic knots, improve local circulation, and support recovery where muscles feel overworked or restricted.
60 Minute Deep Tissue Massage

It is individually tailored depending on your health conditions, needs, and preferences, and may help with chronic pain, stiffness, muscular strain, and tension caused by daily stress or athletic activity.
90 Minute Deep Tissue Massage

This full-body Deep Tissue Massage provides the time needed for a more comprehensive treatment from head to toe. It is especially beneficial for clients with multiple areas of tension or persistent muscular discomfort that require deeper and more detailed work.
Your therapist will use targeted pressure to help break down adhesions, ease tightness, and improve muscle movement. Common treatment areas include the neck and shoulders, upper and lower back, glutes, hamstrings, calves, IT band, feet, and arms, helping to reduce soreness, support recovery, and leave the body feeling looser and more balanced.

Treatment is not suitable if you have any of the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, heart condition/cardiac pacemaker, or thrombosis.
